We use Royal Mail for all orders.

 

Order processing time can take upto 24 hours to pack and ship out of Boujee Birdy Eco Glitter HQ.

No orders are shipped on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Orders shipped via Royal Mail are not tracked.

If you haven't received your order after 10 working days then please email info@boujeebirdy.co.uk with your order number and any additional information. Please remember, if you are outside the U.K. orders will take longer.

All of our orders are sent out with an envelope and packed well with recycled paper.

 

Liability

If you want tracked shipping, then please select when at the checkout. Boujee Birdy cannot be held responsible for items once they have left our warehouse.

Contact us within 14 days of your order to info@boujeebirdy.co.uk and we will try our hardest to resolve the situation. Please give us 48 hours to reply. If it's due to delays with the postal service, unfortunately we are not held responsible.

If you are outside the E.U. then it is up to the consumer to pay for extra charges.

RETURNS

If 14 days have passed from date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you do want to return, please send an email to info@boujeebirdy.co.uk with your order number, so we recognise the problem and who the return is from.

REFUNDS

If the returned product is how we sent it and un-used, we shall refund in full. Please give us 48 hours to process.

If it is not to our satisfaction, we will contact you to discuss further.

RETURNS SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend you track your order.
